Ummi was all excited and nervous. She was excited in getting Adi ready to go to the hospital but at the same time nervous on how she has to handle Adi when we are out of the house. Nanti kalau Adi meragam nak susu camne? Tapi tak pe, kat hospital ada breastfeeding room. Tapi kalau lepas tu nak pegi jalan-jalan tempat lain camne plak? Ummi has tried using the nursing cover which she bought from Kedai Chomel , when she breastfed Adi at home. However, Adi is such a smart boy that he managed to menepis the nursing cover so that he can nurse freely.So, ummi pun kene la fikir nak buat camne kalo nak nyusu Adi.
At the hospital, alhamdulillah Adi tak meragam sangat. While waiting for our turn to see the doctors (Dr Bahiah and Dr Ho), Adi nak susu sekali je. Then Adi tido masa sampai turn Ummi jumpa doktor. Masa doktor tengah cek Ummi, Adi dok diam-diam je dengan Ayah. Elok je Ummi abis cek, Adi dah start nangis. Alhamdullilah doktor perempuan kan, so bole la nyusu Adi terus sambil cakap-cakap dengan doktor. Masa turn Adi jumpa doktor plak, doktor dah pesan that the shot which Adi is getting is the same dose for an adult. So, Adi may cry his lung out. Aiseh, Ummi dok berdoa la kalo Adi nak nangis pun, tunggu la lepas abis jumpe doktor. Alhamdulillah, memang Adi nangis lepas keluar bilik doktor. So, Ayah tunggu ubat, plak ngan Adi lepak kat breastfeeding room. Masa dlm bilik tu, Ummi took the opportunity to observe how other mommies breasftfeed their child. Dan sempat la tanya beberapa kemusykilan. Mula-mula tu mcm malu-malu gak, tapi kalau malu rugi la kan.
Since habis check up dah lambat, we went straight home to Nenek Patun's open house. But Ummi was asked to leave Adi with Ucu at home. So, Adi pun join la Ucu dia tido while Ummi and Ayah went to the open house. Ummi dengan sangat excitednye melihat juadah yang sangat banyak sehingga tidak segan silu utk menambah (Ayah rilek je makan sepinggan, Ummi plak yang lebih-lebih).
But the day didn't end there. Lepas Asar, sempat lagi Adi pegi beraya kat rumah sepupu Ayah kat Shah Alam. Ni kire rumah pertama la Adi beraya. Disebabkan Ummi lambat nak menyiapkan Adi petang tu, kami sampai kat Shah Alam lewat sket and balik pun lewat la. Apa-apa pun, Adi elok je masa jalan-jalan tu. Dari pegi sampai balik beraya tido.
Hehe, punyalah excited dapat keluar rumah first day, langsung tak teringat nak tangkap gamba.
Sebagai penutup, ni gamba Adi tgh sembang-sembang dengan Ayah lepas subuh sambil tunggu Ummi solat.
Adi: Ayah, lama gak eh Ummi amik wudu'. Adi lapar dah ni.
Ayah: Ntah la, Ummi sambung tido dalam bilik air tu kot.
p/s: Adi's cukur jambul was held on October 18, 09. Tak byk amik gamba guna camera Ummi. Kwn Ucu yang amik gamba. Nanti dah dpt gamba dari kwn Ucu, kita cerita pasal cukur jambul Adi plak.
